Lao Oud, launched in 2021, is Dmitry Bortnikoff's personal tribute to Laos, a country he has visited more than twenty times, and its unhurried rhythm. It's built around a rare Laotian oud, described as honeyed, floral, and feral, softer than its Indian counterpart yet just as deep, layered with rich coffee, warm cinnamon, and pink pepper, with wisps of incense evoking golden temple rooftops. It's considered one of the most intensely oud-forward, coffee-rich fragrances in the Bortnikoff collection.

Scent Character

An oriental-woody composition anchored by genuine Laotian and Indian agarwood, with a distinctive coffee-cacao heart that sets it apart from Bortnikoff's other oud releases, warmer and more gourmand than the house's citrus-forward or floral ouds.
